Security Research Lab
Since our work involves evaluating and auditing onboard systems, and since we are committed to maintaining full control over the latest techniques, we develop our own test benches and tools.
SERMA Safety & Security has in-house laboratories adapted to these needs.
Hardsploit is an innovative tool for auditing the security of connected objects, developed by S3.
Hardsploit is a tool with an electronic component and a software component, based on a modular, programmable architecture (FPGA), and is used to perform security tests on the communication ports of onboard electronic devices. The tool enables operators to intercept, replay and/or send data on each type of bus used by the object. Hardsploit is a means of systemising, automating and speeding up the vulnerability tests performed on IoT devices.
